Breathwork

Gentle, breath-led support

for regulation, release, and reconnection

Your breath was your first guide.

Long before the mind learned how to cope, the breath was already regulating, protecting, and responding to what you needed. It remains one of the most direct and intelligent pathways back to calm, clarity, and embodied steadiness.

Breath-led work has long been woven into my sessions through trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware practices, supporting emotional regulation, grounding, and release.

I’m currently deepening this work through the Influential Breathwork™ certification, with advanced breath-led emotional release approaches - including BreathHeal Release™ - coming soon.

For now, this space offers gentle, guided breath-based sessions that support regulation, integration, and reconnection, always paced with care, safety, and respect for your system.

What Is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a somatic practice that uses guided breathing patterns to support emotional, physical, and energetic regulation.

Rather than analysing or fixing, breathwork works directly with the body - helping it release stored tension and return to balance.

Breathwork can support you to:

  • release stress, emotion, and held tension

  • regulate your nervous system

  • reduce anxiety, overwhelm, and looping thoughts

  • reconnect with your natural rhythm and sense of calm

  • deepen trust in your body and intuition

  • build emotional resilience

It can also be deeply supportive during peri-menopause and menopause, helping with:

  • emotional fluctuations

  • mental fog and overwhelm

  • disrupted sleep

  • stress tolerance and nervous-system sensitivity

  • restoring a steadier baseline of calm

During times of transition…… hormonal, emotional, or spiritual - the breath becomes a grounding anchor.

Breath-Led Approaches Used in Sessions

Functional Breath-Led Practices

Gentle, grounding breathing techniques that support nervous-system regulation and healthier breathing patterns.

Especially supportive for stress, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, and calming the body.

Guided Breathwork

A slow, supported approach to breath-led emotional release used within trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware sessions.

This style of breathwork helps the body soften held tension and emotion, always guided carefully and adapted to your pace.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (coming soon)

A continuous, flowing breathing pattern with no pauses between the inhale and exhale, used gently and intentionally to support awareness, release, and regulation.

This style of breathwork can help soften emotional tension, unwind protective patterns, and bring deeper connection to yourself, your body, and your inner world. When guided with care, it supports stress reduction, emotional processing, and a sense of grounded clarity.

In my work, conscious connected breathwork is always facilitated slowly, with nervous-system awareness and emotional safety at the centre - allowing release to unfold naturally, without force or overwhelm.

BreathHeal Release™ (Coming Soon)

An advanced breath-led emotional release process taught within the Influential Breathwork™ training.

This modality will be introduced once certification is complete and will be offered with the same grounded, trauma-aware, integrative approach that underpins all my work.

Why Work With Me

Breathwork is powerful - but when it’s held within nervous-system awareness, emotional safety, and intuitive integration, it becomes deeply supportive and sustainable.

My approach blends:

  • functional and guided breath-led practices

  • trauma-informed facilitation

  • nervous-system regulation tools

  • Reiki and intuitive energy alignment

  • regression-informed insight

  • gentle integration and reflection

This isn’t breathwork as a technique.
It’s breathwork as a whole-body remembering.

“The breathwork was unbelievable!
I didn’t know what to expect and so came to you with an open mind. Wow! Some ongoing aches and pains have followed me through 2025. When we started the session I felt achy and tense, they are still there (being physical) but not so intense. Something shifted during the breath exercise, and I felt something move within my mind and body. The weirdest thing is that names of people who I have not thought of for a while were popping into my head! This has added to my guidance for things that needed dealing with.
