We meet in beautiful venues across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds for brunch, inspiration, and open-hearted networking - without pressure, performance, or the need to wear a mask.

This is networking for women who value depth over small talk, collaboration over competition, and business that aligns with who they are.

What to Expect

We host four monthly in-person groups, each with its own rhythm - from gently structured sessions with guest speakers, to relaxed café-style meetups with no agenda at all.

Meetings begin at 9:30am and close at 11:30am, giving you time to connect, be inspired, and move into the rest of your day feeling clearer and more resourced.

Connections here is unhurried.
Conversations are meaningful.
And everyone else is welcome exactly as they are.

You're welcome to attend up to two meetings as a visitor before deciding whether membership is right for you.

A Note from Susie

I created Networking Women back in 2010 because I couldn’t find a space that truly felt right - not for me, and not for so many of the brilliant women I met through networking.

Again and again, I heard the same reflections:
“It felt a bit surface-level.”
“I didn’t really get to connect.”
“It just wasn’t my kind of space.”

The pressure.
The competitiveness.
The lack of depth.

It just didn’t work for how many of us are wired.

What was missing was connection - real connection.
A sense of ease.
A space where you didn’t have to perform to belong.

Networking Women grew from that knowing, and over the years it’s become a place where women connect with honesty, encouragement, and warmth.
Where business growth comes through relationship, not performance.
Where sensitivity, ambition, softness, and strength are all welcome.
